Life's been so shitty recently. Tomorrow, well, today since its 12:30am and I lack sleep, I'm going to a crisis center. My mom thinks it'll be good but she just doesn't understand. Talking doesn't help, these "Coping" skills don't help, literally almost nothing helps. Maybe it's just me not trying hard, maybe there's something wrong with me? I don't know but I feel like I'm going crazy.
